Traditional event photo sharing can be slow, messy, and frustrating. Long email threads, shared drives or social media albums leave guests scrolling through hundreds of images to find themselves – often after the event is over. In reality, event photos have a short “shelf life”: they’re most valuable during the event itself, when guests are still excited. Waiting days to send out pictures means missed opportunities and bored attendees. Plus, dumping every image online can raise privacy concerns and dilute the impact of your event.
