Quotations and orders

Quotations​

• Auto-incremented quotation numbers.
• Line items from Catalog or custom entries.
• Discounts, taxes, and deliverable packages per event date.
• PDF preview and share (WhatsApp when connected).

When the client approves, use Convert to Order. The order keeps a link to the quotation number for reference.

Orders​

• Record one or more client payments (partial or full).
• Assign photographers; view on Calendar.
• Track deliverables against what was sold.
• View profit summary (payments minus expenses and payouts).

Studio orders​

Use Studio Orders for walk-in retail (prints, albums) with the studio catalog scope, separate from on-location event orders.
